低温OLED模块HGS128321是清达光电的产品,工作温度-40~70摄氏度,完全适合通用工业环境现场,这款低温OLED显示模块有黑底黄字/黑底绿字/黑底篮字的,供电电压为3.3V,也可以定制5V的;另外这款是不带字库的款式也有带字库的款式。这款宽温OLED模块接口有8080并口,6800并口,SPI串口,I2C串口可选。
